5. Obtaining cortical profiles of segmented sections
Methods of measuring of profiles of human cortex were described extensively in many publications [3,4], as well as posts on this site (The story of MCG: Lost opportunity). As one example we demonstrate below progiles of area 9L of human neocortex for Area Fraction and Numeric Density parameters. More results will follow shortly for other areas.
